Cheryl Copeland

Cheryl Copeland is the Upward Bound Community Outreach Coordinator assigned to Lakeside High School in Plummer, ID. Cheryl has been with our program for several years, prior to that she was a college academic advisor and spent four years as both a mentor and site coordinator for the Aspire college and career program. She was a first-generation college student and has a passion for aiding students as they transfer from secondary education to post-secondary institutions. Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University and her Master of Education degree at the University of Idaho. When not working, Cheryl enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with family, including her seven (almost 8) grandchildren.
